West Virginia lottery players, get ready to take your game to the next level — right from your phone! After a spooktacular Halloween launch, the state's iPlay platform is rolling out even more ways to win.

Starting next week, three beloved in-state draw games — Daily 3, Daily 4, and Cash 25 — will be available on the iPlay app, making it easier than ever to play from anywhere.

Expanding the iPlay platform

The West Virginia Lottery had a 加拿大28预测开奖:successful launch of their newest gaming pla𒅌tform, iPlay, on Halloween. Because of that success, lottery officials are now announcing an expansion to the iPlay platform, which will now include in-state daily draw games — Daily 3, Daily 4, and Cash 25.

According to the West Virginia Lottery, these daily draw games will be available for purchase on the iPlay app starting at 9:00 a.m. ET on Monday, February 24, 2025. 

In a press release, West Virginia Lottery Director John Myers said:

“We have been very pleased with the launch of our iLottery program, and we are excited to now offer in-state draw games to that lineup. These games have a loyal fanbase, and we have been able to integrate them into a digital platform to allow for mobile purchasing. As always, we ask that everyone play responsibly.”

In-state daily draw games

For these in-state daily draw games in West Virginia, the Daily 3 and Daily 4 games debuted in 1987. Then, in 1990, Cash 25 debuted.

Since their debut, these draw games have become very popular among lottery players in the state. Players can wager anywhere from .50 cents on Daily 3 or Daily 4 and $1.00 on Cash 25.

Drawings for Daily 3 and Daily 4 are held every night of the week except for Sundays. The drawings take place at 6:59 p.m. ET. For Cash 25, those drawings take place at 6:59 p.m. ET on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

What is iPlay and PlayOn?

For those who missed the news of the original debut back in October, iPlay is a mobile app available for West Virginia residents.

The app allows players to purchase lottery tickets — Powerball, Mega Millions, and Lotto America only when the app first launched — and play e-Instants directly from your smartphone or tablet. Since there is no need to visit a brick-and-mortar store, it makes participating in the lottery even more convenient.

When iPlay launched, the West Virginia Lottery also launched PlayOn. This is an innovative new loyalty program that allows players to earn points they can use for both in-person and online lottery purchases.

If you register for an iPlay account, you will automatically be enrolled in PlayOn, which will give you access to all the benefits of the program. If you still want to buy your tickets in-store, you can also just sign up for PlayOn and earn the rewards that way.

New PlayOn promotion

With the debut of these daily draw games on the iPlay app, lottery officials are running a special promotion until the end of April. For every ticket purchased online for any of the in-state draw games, players will get an additional 500 loyalty points. If they happen to purchase all three draw games, then they will receive a one-time promo code with 5,000 PlayOn points that can be redeemed until April 30.

For those players purchasing in-store only, you will have an opportunity to earn loyalty points for these purchases starting in April. These points can be redeemed for exclusive iLottery prizes, concert tickets, instant tickets, and other promotional opportunities.
